Seabury at Springvale Terrace accepts some financial assistance programs from third parties.
When applying for residency at Springvale Terrace, please let your sales counselor know if you are able to use any of the resources listed below.
Montgomery County Rental Assistance Program (RAP)
- Rental assistance for Montgomery County residents who meet program eligibility (i.e., age, income, disability, need or other requirements).
- A Handicapped Rental Assistance program for low-income individuals who are disabled offering subsidy for rental expenses in licensed care facilities.

Montgomery County Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) through the Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC)
- This program allows eligible participants who receive vouchers to search for their own housing that meets the requirements of the program.

The Senior Nutrition Program
- Is overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services to Montgomery County Seniors
- Provides meals to anyone 60 years of age and older in group settings where services and activities for seniors are available.

A percentage of residential apartments at Seabury at Springvale Terrace have been reserved for age-appropriate singles and couples whose income does not exceed:

Ministries United Silver Spring Takoma Park Inc. (MUSST)

Congregate Housing Services Program (CHSP)
- This program can provide state subsidies to eligible residents of senior housing who need daily help with activities such as meals, housekeeping, and personal services. Payment is made directly to participating facilities for qualifying individuals. Springvale Terrace is a participating partner.

Veteran Aid and Attendance benefit for eligible veterans and their surviving spouses
- The Veteran must have served on active duty for at least 90 consecutive days, including at least one full day during a time of war.
